Meet Josh Gross

A native of Prescott, Arizona, Josh has deep roots in the community. Upon graduating from Prescott High School, Josh earned a Bachelor’s degree at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Following his education, Josh returned to his hometown where he still resides today.

In 2000, driven by his passion for construction and a steadfast dedication to unmatched quality and transparency, Gross Contracting, LLC was born. Josh continues to embrace a hands on building approach reminiscent of a bygone era when the Owner/Contractor involvement was the norm. This approach sought to alleviate the communication hurdles commonly faced in home construction.

Since its inception, Gross Contracting has stayed true to its commitment to attentive listening, clear communication, and ensuring that clients’ desires shape every step of the home building process.
